Warranties

 We provide a 1 year limited warranty for the Rubicon Dog car seat travel system.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from dog chewing
• Seat belt overtightening
• Using the product for purposes other than what it was intended for
• Exceeding the stated weight limits for the seat purchased

For refund and/or warranty claims:

• Send an email to warranties@rubicondog.com.
• Send a picture of the unit. If claiming warranty coverage, please send a picture of the damaged pieces.
• Send a picture of your proof of purchase.
• A representative will contact you with an authorization number to return, or next steps to rectifying any warranty claims.
